About the event
Please join our introductory Karate Class free of Charge. Learn from the comfort of your own home. All you need is comfortable clothing, a bottle of water and the ability to join our online classes.
Through this introductory class you will learn the meaning and purpose of training in Karate, we will walk you through our preparatory exercises (Yunbi Undo), Basic Blocks, Punching and Kicking techniques (Kihon Waza).
